can count on our breakfast!! Gourmet and Nutritious. Francois was
trained as a professional Chef, he has worked in France, and for
the Four Seasons Hotels in Canada.
Everyday he will prepare a different special "Omelet du chef ",
"Belgian Waffles with crème Chantilly and local strawberries mousse",
"Eggs Benedict"…and more.

In addition, there are always on the table a variety of fruit,
cereals, home baked goods and homemade jams. We use as much as possible
Organic and local products. Juices, Tea, café à la Francaise, have
another cup and most of all… enjoy the Good company!
We do our best to accommodate individual diets and needs. Please
